A secret place of slef-cooking robata (fireside-cooking) restaurant.

It is located within walking distance of Kawaguchiko station, very close to Mt. Fuji!
The old traditional Japanese house has many fireplaces for people to enjoy the robata cuisine.
In Japanese cuisine, “robata”is a way of cooking, similar to barbecue.
There are five different courses for you to choose in this special restaurant: Hida (飛騨), Koshu (甲州), Sanroku (山麓), Shingen (信玄) and Fuji (富士).

The food consists of a combination of fish, squid, duck, pork beef and a various different veggie skewers.
You can dip the food in the special sauce first and grill it on the fireplace.
At the end, you will be served a big pot of Hoto, the popular regional dish originating from Yamanashi.

The restaurant has 150 years of history and it was refurbished from a Traditional Japanese house.
If you travel to Kawaguchiko, this is a place you must visit!
